Shelby Mahaffie is a Research Analyst II at the UChicago Consortium. In this role, she conducts data analysis for the To&Through Project, which provides educators and families with data and research on improving students' college access and attainment. Prior to joining the UChicago Consortium, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Chicago Urban Labs, where she contributed to research on youth employment and workforce development programs in Chicago.
