Associate Project Director, To & Through Project (Requisition #104160)
The To&Through Project is seeking an Associate Project Director who will work across research, data, and professional learning, connecting the work of several different units at the University of Chicago. Reporting to and working very closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of the To&Through Project, the Associate Project Director will take the lead on project management and data/tool development, while contributing to all aspects of the project. This is a term-limited, one-year grant-funded position.

Research Analyst II (Requisition #JR00359)
The UChicago Consortium is seeking a Research Analyst II with strong quantitative research and programming skills and a passion for doing meaningful work to improve schools. The successful candidate will work with teams of Consortium researchers throughout the life cycle of projects, including conceptualization, study design, conducting analysis, writing publications, and sharing findings. The Research Analyst II will also be responsible for cleaning and creating large-scale data bases and then applying different statistical approaches to research studies.The successful candidate will have a commitment to urban education, be deeply curious, and be willing to learn new methods and topics. The Research Analyst II position requires someone who is able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects and work in a highly collaborative environment. The Research Analyst II will have opportunities to share findings and work collaboratively with other scholars and researchers, non-profit leaders, school practitioners, district administrators, and local policymakers.

This person will contribute to the organization’s capacity to conduct highly-rigorous quantitative research on the Chicago Public Schools.
