Each learning condition is accompanied by a self-reflection tool designed to help teachers approach this work with an open, improvement-focused orientation.
Teacher Self-Reflections include questions that:
- Support reflection on the environment and experiences they are facilitating in the classroom
- Are tied to principles within each learning condition to support focused reflection and improvement
Who are these resources for?
These self-reflections are meant to provide educators with a tool to consider classroom practices and the impact they have on students. It can be used by educators—school leaders, teams, and teachers—and school partners:
- Either independently or as part of professional learning, to gain perspective and ideas for areas of improvement
- As part of a collaborative conversation
When are these resources most useful?
These self-reflections should be used in conjunction with cycles of continuous improvement.
