Who are these resources for? 

These guides are for anyone who wants to learn more about the nine Cultivate learning conditions. Educators—school leaders, teams, and teachers—students, and school partners can use these guides to: 

• Get ideas for ways to improve your chosen learning condition
• Plan and guide professional learning
• Support continuous improvement on a learning condition 

When are these resources most useful? 

The guides can be reviewed at any time throughout the school year, including during summer planning. 

They are most useful when used in conjunction with Cultivate reports. Educators can pick a learning condition to improve based on the data in their report, and then read the guide for useful information and ideas for practice shifts.
