A University of Chicago study released today says not enough Chicago public high school students who want to go to college actually know how to apply. The school district's chief Arne Duncan says his office is working on changing that. Duncan says one of his solutions will be to work with federal officials to try and simplify the forms to apply for college financial assistance.
