Sarah Cashdollar

Sarah Cashdollar is an interdisciplinary researcher focused on identifying factors that predict positive post-secondary education, training, and work outcomes for all youth. With a background in human development, sociology, and education,Sarah's work centers on issues of stratification and equity during the transition from high school to post-secondary education and work. She has published in scholarly journals on education and adolescent development, with her research funded by the Institute of Education Sciences, foundations, and private grants. As a former elementary teacher, she is dedicated to conducting research that meets the needs of educational practitioners and frequently presents her findings to applied audiences.
