Mara Martini is Project Manager at the UChicago Consortium on School Research and To&Through Project. Martini provides high-level administrative support to Elaine Allensworth and Jenny Nagaoka, Executive Director and Deputy Director of the UChicago Consortium respectively, and Dominique McKoy of To&Through. She works closely with these organizational leaders to enhance internal and external communication, promote strong relationships with funders, and ensure meetings and events are well-organized. Prior to joining UEI, Martini worked as a Program Assistant at Northwestern University and previously conducted research in education, sociology, and psychology at various institutions.
