Iris is a Research Assistant at the UChicago Consortium, working on the Pathways and Cultivate Revalidation projects. In this role, she primarily provides data support for quantitative research conducted by the Consortium. She is passionate about exploring how data supports decision-making, particularly at the intersection of data science, statistics, and financial risk management. In addition to her work with the UChicago Consortium, Iris will also work as a Data Scientist at a healthcare startup in Evanston during the summer of 2026, where she will focus on developing predictive models, applying machine learning techniques, and building data pipelines. In her spare time, Iris enjoys watching movies, exploring the city, traveling, and taking photos.
