Faye S. Kroshinsky

As a Director of Youth Initiatives, Equitable Learning & Development on the UChicago Consortium’s noncognitive team, Faye coordinates research activities that seek to understand the relationship between school environments, teacher practice, student noncognitive factors, and school success. Through her work in the Building Equitable Learning Environments (BELE) Network and the Becoming Effective Learners survey project, Faye has enjoyed the collaborations and partnerships she has developed with schools, districts, and school support organizations. Before joining the UChicago Consortium, Faye worked as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney in the Child Support Enforcement Division and as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins. In her spare time, Faye enjoys crossword puzzles, watching Sports Center, and spending time with her awesome family.
