Beth Frank is a Research Assistant at the UChicago Consortium, where she works on projects that examine organizational supports critical to continuous improvement of teaching and learning at the preschool level, and factors affecting preschool attendance. Outside of the UChicago Consortium, she works with organizations to advise and provide support on program planning, monitoring and evaluation, and has worked extensively with immigration and refugee programs domestically and internationally. She earned an MSc in migration, mobility, and development from SOAS, University of London and a BS in early childhood education from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
